<transcy>KYARA, CERTIFIED SPORTS COACH</transcy>

Graduated with a BAPAAT (Brevet d'Aptitude Professionnelle d'Assistant Animateur Technicien) in the field of animation, I worked for 10 years for a local authority as a sports animator and dance teacher for children between 5 and 6 years old. In addition to my initial work, in love with soccer and sports, I worked for 5 years at the Parc des Princes as a stage manager for the PSG team.

Passionate about sports since childhood, I have been practicing fitness since the age of 19.

During all this time, I perfected my Latin dance skills: Cuban Salsa, Batchata, Merengue and Samba no Pé in great schools in France.

The skills I developed allowed me to work as a professional dancer with dance troupes as a performer and intermittent in Paris and at various events around the world (Brazil, Cuba, Colombia).

In 2014, my taste for physical activity and dance pushed me to take a professional diploma

(CQP: gymnastic maintenance activities) and my Zumba diploma.

This validation of diplomas allowed me to give group classes as a gym and dance teacher for 2 years in gyms, and with associations for adults and teenagers.

In 2016, I passed my diploma of sports coach (BPJEPS AGFF) specializing in gymnastic activities of strength and form.

After having worked in different gyms as a gym teacher and private sports coach.

I now have a great professional experience in this field allowing me to work on my own between Paris and Dubai.

Today, I put at the disposal of a wider public, my skills to allow those who wish a program of weight loss, development of muscle mass and improvement of physical performance.
